Hehe grats to everyone who made it in, but in all honesty that's the easiest part of the competition. Making yourself stand out from the crowd and establishing yourself as a character (remembering that the theme of this competition is movies) will be key. Oh and don't forget to take sexah shots.

I'm from France (GMT +2 for the now), and as my vacations are finished soon (4 september) it would be better to meet in the week, otherwise our hours won't coincide, except maybe on week-ends.

Assignment #1: "Funny Bone"

Congratulations to all twelve competitors that have made it our casting call here at TTS Productions. You will soon find out that, you would be preferred to be watching from the sidelines. You will soon find how difficult this competition will soon turn into, trying to expression emotion of different genres of movies with such an emotionless character. But that is why we picked you, you twelve that we felt were the most talented and showed us through your headshots that you are up to the challenge.

Although, it is only natural that we have some doubts and are unsure of our choices so we are going to test you once again through an auditioning process. We are actually going to put you out on the field with our own profile and see with a little of push you can create for us.

The genre we are looking for in your shots is comedy. We need you to make us laugh, or giggle. Because if you want to make it to the top, we need to know that you have some humor deep down, to know you have what it takes and survive this long journey.

So we have for you a script, we have received from our most talented writers that we had to torture out of....I mean asked nicely for. We hoping you can take this wonderfully lovely script and portray it through a series of three pictures; Must show an introduction, a conflict, and then the punchline/conclusion to the scenario. Bare with us we have search high up into the Shiverpeaks down to the farthest reaches of Istani to search for the funniest writers we could find just for this competition, we have worked hard for you girls.

We have made sure to ask the writers just to make the script as vague as possible, to show how much your girls can think on your toes. Not only must you make a simple series of shots signifying the script and the funny, you must come up with what your character would be saying in each shot. It can be one simple sentence to something more detailed than that. We want to see how creative you can be.

Main female lead has no name, being put through process.
Considering adding another lead for female lead.
Female lead will be referred to as Female One till name is found.

Introduction Scene
Female One introduces or runs into another unknown character or animal. They express fondness, or aggravation amongst each other.

Conflict
Female One and Unknown character get into a conflict and express hatred or an obvious problem with one another.

Punchline/Conclusion
Female One some how has something wrong, disastrous or down right funny about Female One's downfall in the scene causing much embarrassment to this character.

First Draft

Each contestant must come up with three pictures/scenes of an introduction with another Character/Animal/NPC/Hero, the next is some kind of confliction/fight/interjection with each other and the the conclusion which must express a joke of some kind anything can happen here but must be funny.

Note: No snowmen were harmed in the making of the above photos.

Hi all and grats to everyone! =]

It's time to start getting serious and I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys/girls produce.

I'd love meeting up with you all, it'd be so awesome. Unfortunately my adapter decided to die on me so I ordered a new one Sunday and it should be here by Wednesday. -crosses fingers- I won't be able to play Guild Wars until I get my new adapter but I'm not going to let that hamper me in any way, shape, or form. Still meeting up this weekend and maybe having a little fun with GW:EN or something sounds pretty cool.

Do we have to send all 3 images as 1 picture, with the characters captions in it as by example of your picture, stalker haras? Or do they have to be 3 separate pictures with the captions on the email? Or something?

Just send 3 different pictures in one e-mail. Within the e-mail include the caption for each picture.
